This is the story of a Swiss couple, Felicita and Patricio C, who fell in love with a house overlooking the Mediterranean. Their testimony is the greatest reward we can receive from our clients. Here is the literal transcription of the letter they sent us, originally written in Italian:
We have always loved Spain, for its diversity and its cuisine. Every year we manage to get away and spend our vacations on Spanish soil, but we had never thought about buying a property in Spain.
In September 2016 we decided to spend a month in Spain, touring the coast from Barcelona to Cadiz in search of an apartment or a house to rent for a year on a trial basis and we might even, if it turned out to be our ideal home, think about buying it.
We arrived in Valencia on a Sunday and, together with a friend who lives there, we visited Altea. On the way back, passing through Calpe-Moraira, we stopped to see what the real estate agencies had to offer.

“That’s it,” we said to each other. It would be great to find a house I like this one!
The next day we contacted Jetvillas to make an appointment. Their sales consultant Nicolas Strebel made us feel very comfortable. He asked us what we were looking for in a home. We explained that we wanted a house overlooking the sea and that we were especially interested in seeing the house in the photo.
It was then that we discovered that the house in question had not even been built.
The photo was a computer-generated image for a project of renovation of an old house.
We then agreed to view the property as well as 4 new construction properties, 3 of which had already been completed while the fourth was still under construction.
What we liked most about Jetvillas was that they did not make a hard sale on the property, in fact they gave us time to think and encouraged us to continue our journey to Cadiz in search of our ideal home.
When we arrived in Cadiz, we contacted Jetvillas to arrange an appointment upon our return to buy the house we had seen in the photo.
This is how our “adventure” began. WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT JETVILLAS!
In fact, Jetvillas always took care of everything. They took care of the bureaucracy (Spanish paperwork and procedures) that we were not familiar with. The client doesn’t need to do anything, Jetvillas does it all.
In October we signed a contract We were able to make a reservation and on December 9th we became owners of an old house in Moraira with sea views.
Jetvillas explained all the details of the architect’s project. We liked it right away: the aesthetics, the functionality and the innovative energy saving solutions.
We customized the project and were able to follow the transformation process step by step, from the old building to the beautiful new house.
We left all the technical details to Jetvillas, who kept us constantly informed of the status of the work and always found the best solutions to our requests. For example, a container to collect rainwater for use in the garden or the observatory for the telescope.
They advised us on materials (tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen…), colors, even the interior design.
On March 20, 2019, the keys were handed over to us. Of our new home in Spain, along with all the detailed paperwork, champagne and a celebratory dinner!
Over the years, in addition to appreciating Jetvilla’s reliability and professionalism, we have enjoyed a friendly and trusting relationship with them.

We are very happy with our choice. Now we have to get used to the fact that there is a lovely house in Spain waiting for us when we want a vacation to enjoy the sun and Spanish food.
