This is a testimony that Andreas Sutter himself has written. The German man was looking for his dream house, and finally found it in Spain, on the Costa Blanca. We were lucky enough to accompany him through the whole process.
It took us absolutely ages to find our vacation home: 2 years!
First we looked in Puglia (in the south of Italy), then in Mallorca and finally on the Spanish Mediterranean coast.
The most important factors for us were: the price,the size of the house, the number of bedrooms and baños, the location y and accessibility from Germany.

Without even asking them to do so, Jetvillas voluntarily included a clause in the contract we signed for the renewals to regulate the financial compensation we would have had to receive if did not meet the agreed delivery date.
Yes, I say “would have had to” because the house was actually finished and ready to move in on the day we had agreed upon.
Better yet, they didn’t spend a dime of the budget!
Now, 7 years later, we are still very pleased with the quality of the work.
But that’s not all: Jetvillas provides a fabulous after-sales service: They take care of the gardeners, pool maintenance and technicians, keep the keys and collect our mail (which is very important to avoid a full mailbox becoming an obvious sign that we are not there).
We feel at good hands from our first visit, throughout the sale and we still do now. If there are any problems (and there are always some problems with houses) they always provide us with friendly, willing and professional assistance!

Now, we travel there as it suits us best: by car, caravan, motorcycle or plane. We always enjoy of the wonderful climate of the Coast White (even in winter), from the relaxed style of Mediterranean life and delicacies. of Spain.
Whenever we come to the house, I always turn on the outside lights at night and sit on the terrace. That way I can look lovingly at my house.
